The campus features a large primary studio, two additional studios, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, dressing room, production and prep areas, parking, and a loading dock for convenient equipment access. The main studio offers a clean, professional environment with a customizable lighting grid and flexible layouts to accommodate a wide range of productions. With approximately 1,700 square feet of production space and capacity for up to 60 people, the campus provides the flexibility and infrastructure needed for both smaller shoots and larger-scale productions. Ideal for commercials, branded content, photo shoots, interviews, music videos, film productions, automotive shoots, events, and creative projects.

- 1. All guests must sign NDA form at the front desk upon arrival before entering the space.
- 10. Guests must stay within the booked space(s) — access to other areas of the building is not permitted unless included in your booking.
- 11. Security cameras are active throughout the building interior and perimeter, excluding bathrooms and dressing rooms.
- 12. Load-in and load-out must use the designated loading dock; please coordinate timing with our team in advance for large equipment or trucks.
- 13. 3 complimentary onsite parking spots are included; additional vehicles should use the Diamond Parking Lot at Walnut & Raymond (see parking details).
- 14. Parking lot has a security gate; vehicles can be secured overnight if needed.
- 15. Location Agreement and Certificate of insurance (COI) required for productions and events, naming the property as additional insured.
