About the Space

We have a 1991 home that has been fully remodeled in 2022 except for the Master Bath which is still original and slotted for remodel in 2024. The home sits on 1.2 acres and has mature landscape. The hedges and trees provide privacy from the other 2 residences on each side of the home making it feel very private. There are incredible views of the valley as well as a Mt. Rainier view and pool. We are in a private gated community of only 6 homes. The inside of our home is furnished with warm colors and a French Country Estate type vibe and furnishings. There are 7 crystal chandeliers in the house. Lit with large east facing windows and a full glass folding nano wall in the kitchen for access to the pool area for an indoor/outdoor experience. The family room is open to the large, white washed kitchen that gives the opportunity for long shots of the space. The kitchen is also very bright, lined with cabinetry from floor to ceiling. Our master bedroom is very spacious with an attached master bath with a barn door that closes the room off. There are mountain views from both the bedroom and bathroom area. There is a large bonus room that can be used for make-up, costume, changes, or as another room to shoot in. Though the house has AC, we have 2 portable AC units to keep upper bedrooms cool that can be used in the bedrooms or bonus. There is an upstairs laundry room as well. Most of the lighting in the home is dimmable. There is under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. The chandeliers are also dimmable. The backyard has a ton of space with multiple seating areas, ample space for crew storage, craft, and load in/out through the double side gate. There is also a small pool house with a 3/4 bath, kitchenette, and room for make-up or craft area. This house is great for a variety of productions. Perfect for commercial shoots, corporate videos, cooking shows, indie films, interviews, photoshoots, music videos, student films and much more!
