French country, beach house, super cute but livable. Walking distance to Main Street and Beach. 3 bright sunny decks that over look the city, large back yard and firepit. Rare basement with bathroom, sink, mini fridge and fully furnished. House has been re-modeled 3 years ago with crown moldings and archways. New hardwood floors throughout.

Lisa and David were exceptional hosts! They were always available and attentive whenever a question came up from my team. Their house is a prefect setup for filming - lots of fresh air, 3 bathrooms, storage areas all around and a huge backyard with parking for cargo vans. The neighborhood and neighbors were very kind as well. No noise issues or electrical issues. Everything went perfectly! Book with Lisa and David for a wonderful experience!

Lisa was an amazing host and her home is beautiful. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. Her husband gave us a lunch menu for a nearby seafood restaurant and everyone on the crew absolutely loved it. 5 stars for this location!!
