About the Space

College house, with swimming pool, large common room, wet bar. Secret bookshelf door opens to a bedroom with a fireplace. This house is actively used by CSUN's oldest a cappella group, Acasola. The members reside here and practice here twice weekly. I am the founder of the group, and the owner of the house. Revenue from Giggster allows us to offer rent discounts for members! This is a real, student-occupied college house, with 9 residents. Some coordination with the residents is required for each booking. We enthusiastically welcome productions like yours! Please note: If your production will displace any tenants overnight, alternate accomodations for the displaced tenants will be required.
