About the Space
Old Hollywood style with beautiful antique furniture, chandeliers. The style is like 1883 era. Any classic or vintage style film project would be a great fit for this location. It also has a makeup room and wardrobe room and a selection of evening gowns cocktail dresses and clothes can be rented for film projects and photo shoots. It also has several top photographers available to shoot portfolios or short film projects. In addition to that a celebrity makeup artist is on sight. Filmmakers are free to shoot at any area of the building. Basic lights are on site.

Absoluely amazing location. Michelle is a master interior decorator. Very few locations on these services with this much character. There are four rooms that are very interesting and exciting to work in, although the bedroom is best for lighting and equipment due to its size. Michelle and her team were very helpful, let us load in early, and were great to work with. Best location in Los Angeles!!! Will use again soon.
