About the Space
This house is one of the oldest timber framed houses in the area. Our home will be for those looking for a old untouched, unkempt, promised to have spiderwebs, cat hair and creaking wood floors. It has the look of a once really nice house, that has been maintained by a cat lady or some odd person, or Maybe even haunted. There is no water, and electricity can be provided via a generator. We want to offer the house as is, but for the right renter we will explore lighting, or repairs. We eventually will repair the house, but there is a ton of film potential given the tree filled area and surrounding homes.
