About the Space

800 Sq Ft Studio / Gallery and Prep room with access to extensive cottage garden, covered rustic barn space and 15 acres of pasture. There is also a pastoral pond setting. Welcome to Sage & Solace Farm, a place for farm stays and a venue facility that marries style, sustainability, and soul. Our property is a flower farm with extensive gardens and it has something for everyone including spaces for meetings, workshops, retreats, filming, and events. The rental includes the basement of a gorgeous modern farmhouse where the bathroom, prep room and the studio is situated. There is a rustic 1000 square ft covered area in our barn that is suitable for events, meetings, classes and more. It has a table and counter areas for serving food. There is also a 9x12 foot walk in fridge and an area that can be used for serving food. There are many electrical outlets in the barn and outdoor area so you can operate whatever equipment you may have. There is a large pond surrounded by large grassy areas. Lastly there are acres of pasture that surround the farmhouse and the barn. There is ample parking. We rent out two beautifully decorated suites, both 2 bedroom with cooking facilities, separately.
