The studios offer clean industrial aesthetics, professional lighting capability, acoustically treated rooms, high-speed internet, and open layouts that can be built out for a wide range of creative concepts. Whether you’re filming a commercial, producing social media content, hosting a workshop, or creating a custom set design, 19 Studios was built to adapt to your vision. House Rules To maintain a professional, safe, and creative environment for all guests, we ask that all renters follow the rules below: General Rules * No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the building. * No firearms or weapons allowed on the premises. * No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, paint, or materials that create excessive mess unless approved in advance. * No excessive alcohol consumption or illegal activity. * Music and noise levels must remain respectful at all times. Studio Usage * Floating walls and major set pieces may only be moved by 19 Studios staff unless prior approval is given. * Guests may not climb, stand, or place excessive weight on floating walls or set structures. * Furniture and props must be returned to their original locations before the end of the booking. * Do not nail, screw, or permanently attach anything to walls, floors, ceilings, or furniture without approval. * Any damages to equipment, walls, furniture, props, or the building will be charged to the renter. Sound & Recording * The studios are acoustically treated but not fully soundproof. * Please be aware that occasional outside noise may occur. * Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior may result in the booking being ended early. Cleanliness * Guests must leave the space in the same condition it was found. * All trash must be placed in designated trash bins. * Food and drinks are permitted, but cleanup is required before checkout. * Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. Booking & Time * Your booking time must include setup and breakdown. * Overtime will be billed in additional hourly increments. * Early arrival or late departure is not guaranteed unless arranged beforehand. Capacity & Safety * Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times. * Guests may not block exits, hallways, or loading areas. * Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. * Guests are responsible for the behavior and safety of everyone in their group. Equipment & Liability * Guests are responsible for their own equipment and belongings.
