About the Space

Flexible fitness studio on Jacksonville’s Westside with an open matted training area for classes, workshops and small-group instruction. The approximately 1,100 sq ft space accommodates up to 35 people depending on activity and layout. Suitable uses include martial arts, yoga, mat Pilates, mobility and stretching, dance fitness, personal training and other compatible fitness activities. Instructors should confirm that the floor and layout fit their activity. Use of training bags or other equipment must be arranged with the host in advance. Free onsite parking and restroom access are available. Four cameras cover the common area and record while bookings are underway. Availability (Eastern Time): Monday and Wednesday, 6 a.m.–11 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 6 a.m.–3 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 5 p.m.–11 p.m. Request your preferred dates and times to confirm availability. Occasional bookings: $50 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. Recurring instructors: $30 per hour with a 20-hour minimum per calendar month ($600 minimum). Electricity for normal class use is included. Recurring schedules and terms are confirmed through Giggster before booking.
