The property features a red barn, working horse corrals, white ranch fencing, mature shade trees, fruit trees, orchard-style landscaping, grapevines, garden areas, gravel driveways, open production space, and exterior residential views. The mostly level terrain provides multiple outdoor backgrounds and practical areas for cameras, equipment, crew staging, and approved on-site parking. This is an exterior-only location. The residence, bedrooms, kitchen, tenant-controlled areas, and other private spaces are not included. A designated garage restroom is available, but the remainder of the garage is restricted. Horses may provide an authentic equestrian background; however, animal access, interaction, handling, riding, or featured filming requires separate advance written approval from the horse owner. Classic vehicles may also be available as stationary picture vehicles by prior arrangement. All crew sizes, production vehicles, equipment, generators, drones, animals, parking plans, and special activities must be disclosed and approved in advance. Productions must provide required insurance and permits and are responsible for protecting the property, cleanup, damage, and overtime.
