One Academy is housed in an epic 10,000 sq ft facility meticulously designed to provide the most effective group training. Our Main Workout Area: Our workout area was designed with every single detail in mind—the layout was created to host small and large classes (up to 50 people) while remaining as inclusive and dynamic as possible. We have the longest multi-performance rig in Toronto, custom designed and built by Platinum Rig. We also offer 30% incline treadmills, assault bikes, Xtreme Monkey, accessories and rowers - we have a wide range of equipment for use in photo & video shoots. Our Lounge & Cafe: Community has always been our focus, so we dedicated a place to host hangouts, chill, or even catch up on work while sipping a coffee. This space is ideal for catering set up, and can be transformed to look like a cool loft, coffee shop, or retail space. Our Changerooms: Our changing rooms were created with our members in mind: changing areas, 4 showers equipped with the essentials, 6 private toilet stalls, and 2 double sinks. Ideal for hair & makeup set-up. Our Wellness Room: We offer a private room dedicated area for massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic therapy and more. Equipped with 1 individal room, that can be transformed into an office, wellness space, or meeting room. Personal Training Area: Our personal training area is where you go for one-on-one personalized workouts with any of our coaches.This area is suited to help with injury recovery, strength building, and balance assessments. Ideal for Personal Training content production.
