**Inquire about special discounted rate for the month of February** Quiet, residential neighborhood. Across street from an elementary school. House sits in front of a school bus stop (8:07 am & 3:59 pm). I am a local filmmaker and used Giggster for my films. There were sets that I needed and couldn't access, so, I have created my home specifically for productions with three staged bedrooms, one bath, living room, and kitchen. Bedroom One- Motel Room: includes a bed, side table w/ phone and Bible, Drawer Desk, TV, lamp, fire escape plan. Bedroom Two- Gender Neutral Room: bed, dresser, side table, Accent chair, TV. Bedroom Three- Nursery: Crib, Cubby, Teddy Bears, Wooden Mobile, Star lights, Animal paintings. The rooms are minimally staged to allow track space for a short dolly. All wall decor can be removed (except for mirrors). You don't want to use 30 minutes- an hour extra time prepping the set. If there are items that you wish to have removed before arriving to the home, please let me know 24 hours before your start time. I understand the importance of maximizing your rental time. I have a Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinematic 6K Camera available for rent that can be included in the reservation for an additional $50/day. Props can also be secured at a minimal additional cost.
