The space is designed for efficient production flow, with ground-level access for easy load-in and load-out, and a layout that supports staging, equipment placement, and seamless crew movement within the gallery. The property includes a private gated parking lot with capacity for 18+ vehicles, offering secure and convenient on-site parking for crew, talent, and production trucks.
