This 2,500 sq ft warehouse gallery in Hollywood features 13-foot ceilings, concrete floors, and museum-scale sculptures (and sometimes wall art as we rotate the art every 3-4 months). All art approved for filming throughout the space. The environment offers a dramatic yet minimal setting ideal for film productions, luxury brand campaigns, fashion editorials, commercial photography and more... The primary gallery offers approximately 2,500 square feet of open, unobstructed floor space, allowing for flexible layouts, large-scale builds, and dynamic camera movement. The ceiling height accommodate professional lighting setups. The space is designed for efficient production flow, with ground-level access for easy load-in and load-out, and a layout that supports staging, equipment placement, and seamless crew movement within the gallery. The property includes a 9,000 Sq Ft private gated parking lot with capacity for 20+ vehicles, offering secure and convenient on-site parking for crew, talent, and production trucks. This is a rare and highly valuable feature in Los Angeles, allowing productions to operate efficiently without the need for off-site parking or shuttling. If more parking is needed there are lots of metered spots right outside our gate. A dedicated on-site team member will be present during bookings to assist with access, coordinate logistics, and support any needs throughout your production, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. The sculptures are part of the gallery’s permanent installation and may not be moved without prior approval.
