This home has an abundance of natural light, faux greenery and plants, and one-of-a-kind pieces handmade by our family - paintings, natural ladders, floral arrangements, and even an olive tree! NOTE: FOR EVENTS AND OFF-SITES: Event insurance will be required. You could get it here: https://www.theeventhelper.com/ It’s on a half acre lot at the end of a suburban cul-de-sac, and has plenty of parking in the driveway. You will have access to the following first floor areas and exterior spaces: Gourmet Kitchen w/breakfast nook & butlers pantry - Beautiful calcutta waterfall counters and backsplash with modern finishes. Use of the kitchen is permitted. Grand Living Room - Expansive forest views, dark accent walls, a shiplap gas fireplace, 10 foot sliding doors, and a large arched mirror that brings in extra light! Owners Bedroom Suite - This space is ideal for lifestyle, boudoir, or maternity sessions and features a custom iron canopy bed in a sun soaked room with an ornate white accent wall. The connecting en-suite bathroom features a stand alone bathtub below a frosted window - perfect for a milk bath session. The shower can be used and towels provided. Formal Room - Features custom painted black and white tray ceiling and wainscoting and can be used as an elegant backdrop or as a workspace. Study/Guest Bedroom - Welcome to the greenroom! This room features evergreen walls and the forest views from the windows. This Flex space is normally set up as a study/work space, and can be transformed into a guest bedroom by opening up the murphy bed. Screened in Porch & BBQ Deck - Sit among the trees and soak in the view - covered or uncovered. Under Deck and private backyard - Two stairwells lead down to the lanai, which has over 500 sq feet of covered space, outfitted with multiple swing hooks and swings, and 3 electrical outlets. Forest facing, this inspiring private space is one-of-a-kind and is used as an outdoor living room, creative space, and meditation area. FOR EVENTS AND MEETING WITH OVER 15 GUESTS: Seating - 2 long sofas that sit 3 to 4 each, the ottoman cab be pulled away from middle which can sit another 2 to 3 people, a 3 seat bench, 4 bar stools, 6 dining chairs, 2 counter stools from formal room, and 8 folding chairs. Sofas - Sofas are new and white, so with these many people, the waterproof linen colored covers will be left on them. Not in images, but they don't alter the look much and I am happy to send pics with them on. This home is pet free and smoke free and is a great space for lifestyle film and photo sessions, magazine shoots, influencer shoots, product shoots, boudoir shoots, outdoor nature shoots, family, newborns, young children, minimony, elopements, micro weddings, baby shower, bridal shower, meetings, mini sessions, and business head shots.
