This historic cape cod rests on the remaining 31/2 acres and sits adjacent to Goshen Branch Stream Valley Park. The property gently slopes towards horse property and a stream. The historic cemetery, garden, smokehouse and large barn are other unique features. A wrap around porch and patio are surrounded by lush, mature landscaping. Inside, the home boasts many historic features such as: wide plank wood floors, brick walls and floors, claw foot tubs, 6 fireplaces, original windows and built-ins. Home upgrades have sought to maintain the historic feel including the remodeled gourmet kitchen.
