Our fashion studio is exceptional for office work, show rooms, meetings, workshops, workout classes, merchandising meetings, pop-up events, club gatherings, or functions for creative work. Space is very flexible, and furniture is easy to adjust around. One bedroom, one spacious living room (can be used as workspace), kitchen, bathroom, and a big balcony area with view of Hudson River. Front door check-in and 24/7 security available. Third floor of building also has amenities like lounge, playground, fitness center. We also have production equipment like spotlights. You can inquire about our PC, sewing machine, mannequins, and fabric cutting tools/furniture for usage.
