About the Space

Our Art Gallery Warehouse Loft is perfect for your next shoot or event. We are an artist-in-residence art gallery and studio so we do not accept booking requests within a weeks notice. All of the artwork or the great majority of it is cleared for film and photo. Our art gallery is actually a cleared art rental gallery. We do require separate payments for use of the artwork. 60% of the fee goes to the artist. We have much less artworks up in the space now. As a gallery the art is always changing. Feel free to reach out with questions. If you are planning an event or shoot please include prep and clean up time in your total hours of the event request. We also require bathrooms to be provided for crews and events over 10 people. Although our space is big we only have one gender less restroom available. We do not allow anyone access to our restroom with gigs/ events greater than 10 Reach out to us with any questions. Hope to accommodate you, happy hunting!
