About the Space

50 acre property in gorgeous Sandpoint in the North Idaho Panhandle. Our property includes 2700 sf farmhouse, large shop, huge garden/orchard and 48 acres of mountainside with offroad trails, incredible views and tons of wildlife (wild turkeys, bears, moose, elk, deer, mountain lions, bobcats and more). Views from our mountain of Schweitzer ski resort and 7 Sisters mountains, views to Canada mountain ranges. Sandpoint is surrounded by mountains and is home to a world class ski resort (Schweitzer) and beautiful clear huge Lake Pend Oreille. Sandpoint is an adorable small town with historic buildings, great restaurants, live music venues, a 100 year old historic theater, and endless opportunities to explore the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, boating, backpacking, mountain biking, skiiing, snowboarding, off roading. Our farm is 20 minutes east of downtown Sandpoint, surrounded by incredible natural beauty, rivers and mountains.
