Our venue provides enviable locations for events of all kinds including corporate functions, conferences, well-being, yoga or fitness retreats and celebrations of all kinds from landmark birthdays to small weddings and elopements. The properties are also available for photo shoots, TV commercials and product launches with the structures on both properties bathed in natural light, and outside, an extraordinary choice of backdrop opportunities for photos, filming or locations for TV series. The Cottage is a fully licensed restaurant space with a full commercial kitchen, allows for easy onsite catering and also invites the staging of specialist cooking classes. Perhaps it’s a pop-up restaurant showcasing ways to use the freshest, seasonal produce from the many farms on the south coast. Maybe a seafood, beef or lamb cooking class, a master class in cheese and breadmaking or creating delectable canapes for every festive occasion. The properties also provide perfect spaces for artisans to share their techniques and traditions in hosted classes like flower arranging, creating pieces with found reeds, grasses, pods and flowers, wreath making, drawing, painting, working with clay and so much more. The cottage transformed into a delightful blend of luxury boutique-hotel meets sophisticated-country-home accommodation. Individuals or couples will enjoy their own beautifully appointed rooms and share with other guests the kitchen and living areas, the pool, outdoor fireplace, edible garden and the rest of this beautiful property. The Lodge will sit happily beside the dine-in, fully licensed restaurant/café which will serve the freshest, seasonal produce, in celebration of the diversity of fruit, vegetables and variety of meats and poultry raised locally. But until then, this very special property will continue to be available for holiday rental, small event hire, weddings and other celebrations. A crisp white-on white aesthetic is a breath of fresh air, warmed with lots of delicious textures in wall hangings, bed linen and fully upholstered furniture. You’ll find new pieces and old, comfy chairs to cosy up in and long timber tables inviting you to sit a while, unwind from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with nature.
