Large sectional sofa, large coffee table. Couch is newly reupholstered to the green color. This location has served as the backdrop for a many productions – from cooking shows to independent films to fashion stills, from web series to commercials to to music videos for national and international clients! Production designers and DPs are always struck by the wonderful energy and great options this location offers. OPEN FLOOR PLAN KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM - Large island with cooktop and big pass through into kitchen. Gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. HUGE FRONT LAWN wraps around this corner home. White picket fence and brick walkway lead to front and side doors. Front of home has Huge bay window and two bedroom windows with shutters. Tall bushes shield the side of the home which has a private brick patio with lovely sitting area. BEDROOM 17.5' x 11' (in Pool House) plus walk in closet and kitchenette. Queen size bed. Tiffany blue colored walls with white tongue and groove ceiling. ALL Bedroom furniture may be moved or removed (please notify host before moving to identify a storage location) POOL 42 x 20 - Beautifully resurfaced. Unheated. Private. Please scout this location prior to load in to address any questions prior to shooting. One hour of scouting per shoot. Additional scout time at the rate of $75.00 an hour. No shoes on the carpet in the house. Please provide booties or clean socks to your team for shoot and scout days. Please ask about animals (yes, we had an alligator show up one days unannounced - - pictures to prove it!!) Production must secure a COI of $1 Million with property owner named as CO-INSURED prior to day of shoot. Please confirm with host to receive host information for insurance. Please secure all necessary permits to shoot in LA. All shoots using the front yard MUST HAVE permits that must be presented prior to load in. HOURLY RATE TABLE - 8 HOUR MINIMUM BOOKING 1 - 4 person cast/crew - $135 per hour 5 - 9 person cast/crew - $155 per hour 10 - 15 person cast/crew - $175 per hour 16 - 21 person cast/crew - $195 per hour 22 - 28 person cast/crew - $275 per hour 29 - 39 person cast/crew - $400 per hour 40 - 100 person cast/crew - $485 per hour Additional hours used (past a 15 minute grace period) will be charged at same rate used all day. OVERTIME FEES (for OVER 12 HOURS) will be charged at TIME AND A HALF. After the 15 minute grace period, the rate will apply. Please scout this location prior to load in to address any questions prior to shooting. One hour of scouting per shoot. Additional scout time at the rate of $75 an hour.
