There is no HOA in the area, so makes for easy front and back yard usage. We back up to a commercial abandoned building, so no neighbors behind us or across the street from us. Plenty of street parking plus a nearby parking lot and restaurants all within walking distance. In our game room we also have a pull down screen for movies as well as a coffee bar. We are near all major highways off 79 and 35. Close to major hospitals, Round Rock outlets, downtown, Dell Diamond, Samsung, etc. We have plenty of parking, a parking lot across the street, playgrounds and parking nearby in the neighborhood as well. We would love to eventually repaint the whole exterior of the home, so we are pretty flexible on what needs to be done to help your filming endeavors!
