Great Location for Photo & Video Shoots as well as small gatherings in a unique environment full of Glitz, Glamour and Las Vegas History. Available spaces are the Mirrored Entry with a Statue from, "The MATRIX RELOADED" and a custom carved Hollywood Staircase, A chic Dining Room for 10 comfortably with Curtains from, "The Elvis Presley Suite" at The Aladdin Hotel & Casino. Spacious Living Room complete with elaborate displays and a Baby Grand Piano. Fully functioning Kitchen for minor food preparation and Bar Set-Up. Photos & Video Shoots and even a Ballroom and Costume Shop. Greek-Style Swimming pool ( Totally Private ) and Koi Pond with waterfall.

- Anyone wanting to rent our costumes for their shoot must make these arrangements in advance.
- Limited Street parking. No outside Music, we are in a Residential area.
- No Smoking of any kind. Outside catering is allowed but vehicles must park at nearby Golf Course after unloading!
- No illegal drugs on premises! Normally, no pets!
- There will always be one of us at a minimum monitoring the use. Certain areas may not be available if not requested.
