About the Space

Our pagoda boat house is located on Grosse Ile. You can arrive by boat or we have a municipal airport a few minutes away. Or by car with lots of parking space. With four bedrooms and three event spaces, including a wraparound terrace that can hold 200 people a perfect location for a film shoot the property includes a 300 foot escape tunnel under the property which comes up in the garden. This property screams 1920s/1930s prohibition.
