About the Space

Our space is a vibe! It's red carpet ready. We are a multi-plex type of space. Every room within our space has a different rental rate so message us to inquire. The warehouse space is the $200 per hour rate only. Warehouse space ($200 per hr): It is typically used for pop up shops, concerts, listening parties, birthday parties, dinner parties and more. It holds up to 200 ppl and heating/air. Indoor space with projector ($150 per hr): Great for meeting use, photo shoots, filming and theater type events (pre-screening films) or intimate dinner parties. Podcast Studio ($75 per hr): Beautiful led lit and modern style podcast studio to record your podcast with filming equipment. Conference room ($50 Per hr) : is set with big screen display, conference room table and chairs, LED light stands, white board for presentations, etc. Kitchen/Lounge (included in all rentals) : Set up with a refrigerator and a kitchenette to setup and prep food for your event. Front Lobby area (Included with all rentals): Is setup with a red carpet and nice modern furniture for your guests to feel Hollywood!
