Featuring an oversized island with seating, dimmable LED lighting, commercial gas cooker plus feature hood – all top of the range Kitchen Aid appliances in stainless steel - plus quartz countertops. There are two fridges & dishwasher as well as two sinks for convenience. Natural light spills into the area from tall ceilings so you can get creative when filming or photographing here: sheer blinds installed on kitchen windows whilst plantation shutters run throughout open plan dining/living areas. There is a front & rear entrance at street level for easy access during your shoot and plentiful storage spaces too if needed (with commercial ice maker upon request). Enjoy the entire first floor level included in your booking, complete with a washroom, lightning-fast WiFi and Sonos speakers, you can host any type of shoot in luxury.
