About the Space

This is a one-of-a-kind beach shack located on the sand in Playa Del Rey, CA. This is the oldest beach house of its kind in Los Angeles. Built in 1907 the house's original throwback exterior is still intact. Meanwhile, the interior was renovated and boasts a modern makeover. At the same time, the interior decor preserves some of the property's throwback charm. Approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of downstairs space is available for rental. Available on the first floor rental space: -Kitchen -Beach facing front living room -Bathroom -Bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) -Northern side yard -Southern side patio -2 Parking spaces -Garage Film production crews can also store equipment over night and make use of the garage. Pricing is negotiable depending on length of shoot.
