Beautiful historic renovated former factory into a multi room office space. Used numerous times for filming within our building. Also features a large kitchen area, roof deck, and large conference room with carpet tiles for audio. Main features are the factory windows and exposed wood beams. Available for multi day or long term rentals for filming. Our property has off street parking available including trucks.
