We are a large-scale music rehearsal facility that opened a dedicated satellite location in 2022. This facility is 100% self contained, therefore your group will be alone unless you request our staff to assist you. This facility has a very secure parking area with an automatic key code entry gate, and 8 ft. sheet metal gate around the premises. Size: 4,000 total square feet • 1,750 sq. ft. studio space • 1,000 sq. ft. flex space/secondary studio • 1,200 sq. ft. (3) offices/kitchen space Height: 12 feet clear. Approximately 14 foot if working around ducting/ceiling structure Power: 3-phase with Camlock drop Access: 2 - 12x10 rollup doors and 3 – pedestrian doors Features: - 9+ parking spaces including semi truck access.
