This expansive backyard is ideal for various productions, including photo and video shoots, lifestyle shoots, product photography, commercials, films, content creation, and more. It boasts a striking rock waterfall pool with a slide, an outdoor cooking pavilion, a cozy fireplace, a fire pit, and an open wet bar that flows effortlessly into the patio area. Additionally, you'll enjoy the Sonos outdoor surround sound system and a vast grassy space bordered by palm trees, offering stunning mountain views. The pool is not fenced. There is a steep hillside slope at the back of the property. Additional Information: • *Heating Fees: Please note we don't keep the pool and spa heated regularly. If you need either of them to be heated, we do charge an additional fee. Spa $50, Pool $75 • Access to Large Family Room: Available for an additional $50 fee (includes an indoor bar, seating area, and folding glass doors opening to the pool area) • Sound Considerations: Potential for unforeseen neighborhood and wildlife sounds, gardeners, occasional helicopters, distant train sounds, and jets. • Lighting: Daylight throughout most of the yard; the pool, spa, and BBQ area have lights for night shoots. The yard faces mostly 120 degrees, mostly East. • Wildlife: Occasional sightings, steep hillside off-limits for safety. • The View: The natural color of the view changes with the seasons and the weather. The mountains are very green in the Winter, Fall, and early Spring, but look less green in the late Spring and Summer. Standing at the very back edge of the backyard, other homes and Highway 91 are visible in the distance, but these things are not visible unless you are standing directly at the very back ledge. • Animals: Well-behaved animals are allowed on-site BUT they must be cleaned up after and production is solely responsible and liable for any damage to property and/or people they may cause. There is a service dog (hypoallergenic Standard Poodle) in the house that will occasionally need to go out in the yard, however, the manager will coordinate to ensure that this will never interfere with your production. • Vegetation/Landscaping: The flowers and other vegetation may vary. ***Limitations: We recognize that fictional and non-fictional representations can be defined and interpreted in different, subjective ways. Generally speaking, we cannot accommodate productions that include violence, racist content, anti-LGBTQ+ content, graphic sexual content, nudity, or anything demeaning or violent to any living being.
