115 acre formerly a Girls and Boys Summer Camp east of Carmel Valley, CA in the Santa Lucia mountain range. Overnight Cabins and houses, Dining Hall, Barn, Tennis Courts, Archery, and hiking trails all reminiscent of your days at Camp. East of Carmel Valley, CA. Details: 33 rustic cabins (no power) in 3 campsites each with shared bathhouse with updated showers/toilets/sinks (hot water and power) 3 houses - full kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms Gathering Spaces: Dining Hall and Terrace over looking San Luca mountains 120 ppl Celebration Lawn adjacent to Dining Hall Red Barn - event space for 80ppl Oak Room meeting room for 30 ppl or yoga class. 4 tennis courts Archery Range (bow and arrow) Large outdoor pool with seating area and grass lounge area, half basketball court Craft area Baseball/soccer field Hiking trails Horse Arena and stables (currently no horses on site) Wildlife-Deer, squirrels, wild turkeys, birds Gardens/Landscape - some areas are manicured others have large green area, old oak trees and hiking trails. Buyout the whole camp for your event or film shoot. Renovated areas are done in respect to history of the Camp and entire property is a through back to "Parent Trap" type camp experiance.
