Venue Features: - Outdoor Rooftop: A cozy, charming space with a capacity of up to 30 guests. - Elegant Indoor Lounge: Featuring extra-tall ceilings, a fireplace, and seating for up to 40 guests. - Private Balcony: A more intimate setting for your guests. - Exclusive Amenities: Private coat check, a separate bar for catering and bartending, and full service from our professional staff. Rental Packages: Our rental rates include all taxes, gratuity, setup, breakdown, cleaning, and the services of an event manager, bartender, barback, and lobby host. Rental Rates: 4-Hour Rental: $1,600 (Event ends before 6 PM) $2,000 (Event begins after 6 PM) 5-Hour Rental: $2,000 (Event ends before 6 PM) $2,400 (Event begins after 6 PM) Open Bar Packages: In addition to our rental rates, guests are required to select one of our per person, per hour open bar packages, ensuring a complete and seamless full-service experience. Each package includes premium mixers, fresh garnishes, and the use of our elegant glassware. *Included Mixers: Seltzer, tonic, simple syrup, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix. *Included Garnishes: Lemons, limes, and oranges. Bar Package Options: Beer & Wine: $27 per person per hour One white wine (choose: Pinot Grigio, Falanghina, Gavi) One red wine (choose: Ciro Rosso, Aglianico) Beer (Peroni) Beer, Wine & Liquor: $35 per person per hour *Non-alcoholic packages are available upon request. For special bar package requests, let us know—we'll do our best to accommodate! BYOB Option: Host a BYOB event at a flat hourly rental rate of $1,000, which includes all venue amenities, taxes, gratuity, 4 staff members, and post-event cleaning. Catering Options: We offer catering services with customizable options to fit your budget. You are welcome to bring your own food and catering at no additional cost. We can recommend our preferred DJ for your event.
