***Discounts are now being offered for November 2022 Upon Request*** Our space is a 5,000k Sqft Private restaurant, catering venue space . Our venue features an Enormous Yard that provides the perfect amount of space to accommodate any Special Occasion. ***Our preferred Vendors List can be provided upon request, after booking*** Every booking includes Private access to the interior of the Venue location which includes the Full Kitchen, a 4,000 sqft feet of open space, and 3 Restrooms, along with Full backyard access that fits 22 vehicles as seen in the photos of our listing. Our Kitchen features useful appliances such as a Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, and Sink. There is plenty of outdoor lighting for evening/ Night use- The exterior of our venue is surrounded by Recessed lighting. We also have Bluetooth speakers surrounding the exterior of our venue, in which guests are welcome to connect and play music. We also rent Chairs and Tables, and heater lamps, are as part of the Space, Event hosts may add up to 50 Chairs and foldable tables, we offer round and rectangular tables with white or black linens. Please message us for rates. The outdoor space consists of a 1,050 sqft Recreational area that can be used to host outdoor and indoor events or used as a private parking lot.
