Please note: the rate listed is based on still photoshoot projects with under 15 headcount. Inquire within for shoots over 15 headcount, filming or private events. We are a 6000 sq.ft. venue with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 4 bathrooms, 12ft garage door access (for truck unloading). - CYC Wall is available to book separately at rate of $100/hr. for a minimum of 3 hrs. Please message us directly to inquire about booking. - 2 separate rooms available for photoshoots, video shoots, podcasts, etc. The pictures of the rooms are included on here, the Jungle Room (ie room with black couches and plants) and the Office Room (i.e. office room with white couches and white desks). - Basic lighting available. - Access to our car fleet for photoshoots (availability will vary depending on date).
