The space can be configured in several ways and is suitable for birthday parties, baby showers, quinceañeras, celebrations, meetings, presentations, trainings, workshops, and networking events. The stage and LED wall are the backdrop for your event: a photo slideshow, a welcome graphic with the guest of honor's name, a video, your slides, or a branded backdrop. Easy to find, with free parking right outside the door. These amenities are included in your pricing: - Open event floor for up to 90 guests (theater style) - 10 six-foot tables and 90 padded chairs - Raised stage with event lighting - Prep kitchen with counters, refrigerator, microwave, and sink, with space for your food layout - Two restrooms (ADA accessible) - Wi-Fi and air conditioning - Free parking for 200+ cars in the plaza lot - Ground-floor, street-level entry, no stairs Perfect for: - Birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, quinceañeras and sweet 16s - Graduation parties, anniversaries, holiday and office parties - Church and community gatherings, game nights, and watch parties - Meetings, trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences, and panels - Product launches, all-hands, town halls, and networking mixers Seating can be set theater, classroom, banquet, U-shape, or boardroom style. Add-ons available on request (message us to add them to your booking): - Basic A/V: sound system, microphones, speakers, projectors, and an on-site tech assistant - LED Wall: everything in Basic plus the stage LED wall for slides, video, and branded backdrops - Workshop/Streaming: everything in Basic and LED plus streaming equipment and a streaming tech - Bar service through the venue: beer and wine or full bar packages, priced per guest - Setup & Breakdown: we set up and put away the tables and chairs for you - Tablecloths Rates: - Monday to Thursday: $89/hr, 3-hour minimum. - Friday to Sunday: weekend bookings are available on request at a higher rate of $159/hr. Send us a booking request for a weekend date and we'll reply with a custom quote at the weekend rate before you confirm. Good to know: - Booking time includes setup and breakdown, so book enough hours for both. - External catering is welcome. Professional caterers may be asked for proof of insurance. Food should arrive ready to serve or only need reheating; there is no cooking on site. - Alcohol is served only through the venue's bar service. - Self check-in. Entry instructions arrive 24 to 48 hours before your booking.
