About the Space
This charming corner property is conveniently located near Laurel Canyon and Moorpark in Studio City. The whole property is extremely private as it is hiding behind tall hedges. The beautiful front yard makes you feel you're not in Los Angeles but rather somewhere in Europe. Each room of the house is designed to create the perfect backdrop for your timeless photos and/or videos. The rich elements of Baroque, Rococo and even Old Hollywood will elevate your photos and inspire your creativity. The pool has a cabana, towel cabana and 6 lounge chairs. The holding area has a vanity table with a mirror for hair and makeup, tall makeup chair, large table and a fridge. Currently a half of this space features a bedroom set up with a blue royal canopy.

Kats place is the absolute best! I love shooting here and will continue to come back! Its sparking clean and she is so kind :)

This was the most incredible house for our Jane Austen Music Video. Kat and her partner were so lovely to work with and the place was clean, accessible and beautiful! Our only hang up was that we didn't have time to use all the rooms for our shoot :) Next time!

Kat's house is an absolute dream! As a professional photographer I shoot at rental locations on a regular basis, and none of them are as clean or a fabulous as this place! Kat's place is perfection, I can't recommend it enough! 10/10!!!
