Eucalypt House - Light-Filled with Bushland Garden

About the Space

This beautifully renovated 1960s blonde-brick home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches combines classic Australian architecture with modern, high-end interiors. Oversized windows fill the home with natural light, while multiple indoor and outdoor settings provide a range of campaign-ready backdrops in one location. The open-plan kitchen and living area features a large island bench, premium appliances and generous seating. Two thoughtfully curated children’s bedrooms are ideal for family, lifestyle, product and social media content, while the master bedroom and large separate studio offer further flexibility. Outside, a wraparound balcony provides an inviting dining area. The landscaped backyard features Coco Republic lounges and dining furniture, a fire pit and a handcrafted timber seat built into the natural sandstone rock face. Further into the garden, established gum trees, sandstone and a secluded upper seating area create a peaceful, forest-like setting that feels far removed from Sydney. Late-afternoon light filters beautifully through the trees. With disability access, ample parking and easy equipment access, the property is also a practical and versatile choice for production teams.
