About the Space

7000 SF - broken into 3 space - 1 flights stairs from street. Two 1500 SF rooms and one 4000 SF with 2 steps in between each room - 2 rooms are open to each other and can be closed with curtains if necessary There is one bathroom with a shower, while 2 other bathrooms are in the bigger room; one with 3 urinals and 2 toilets and the other has 3 toilets with 2 sinks each. The space could be used for events, parties, film shoots, workshops, sales etc. Accommodating up to 150 capacity only for parties and events. Can cater for seated events - theaters small concert as well Up to 75 Seats for events black curtains closing sides of space as well Note - ground floor can host upto 770 people for events There is a basic bar/ kitchen area with small fridge/ freezer. 3 sinks and big bar counter There is a small terrace for smoking only A conveyor belt that can help load up heavy equipment, bar stock etc up and down to the floor directly, with an indoor loading area for trucks / cars on main floor making loading easy in and out o the space. check @esc.mtl for more info
