Stunning 15 acre equestrian estate with beautiful 8000 SF home with numerous spaces available to rent. Rent our space for photo sessions, motion picture sets, cooking shows, and small private business meetings. May be open to small parties, call with detials. Several outdoor areas perfect for your photo sessions, film sets and more including the backyard, deck, barn, isle of barn, additional small barn, rear patio, and front portico. Indoor space available: Ground floor apartment that includes living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom. Also large basement area that could be used for business functions. The home is very well kept, upscale and decorated in a "Sedona" style decor with rustic areas in kitchen, family room and sun room. There are differnet styles of decor throughout the home, from Hunt Country to Traditional, to Cowboy themes.This could make a perfect set for a TV series, family photos, engagement photos, etc. Props for photo shoots may include: tack room, mini tractor, large tractor, horses, deck furniture, barns and areas of the home. Space for small events of 20-25 people or less
