About the Space

Our coworking space offers a variety of flexible workstations to suit your preferences and work style. Whether you prefer a dedicated desk, a shared workspace, or cozy lounge seating, we have options to accommodate your needs and maximize your comfort. Our rate for location shooting depends on the scope of usage. We will need to discuss your intent, before finalizing a rate. There has been some confusion about an hourly rate of $119 for the entire building, that is inaccurate. Unfortunately, the way this listing breaks out rates is lacking details. Some productions only need limited areas, others want full access. Those rates are very different and time of day, day of week will impact that. So let's discuss how many rooms, shooting spots, crew size and timing. Full access, full days are for overnights/weekends mostly and perhaps a Friday.
