Enchanting House with a Mountain View

About the Space

Located in the village of Corrales, our home is Southwestern in style and located on nearly an acre of land. We have a great view of the Sandia mountains from our backyard. There are multiple seating areas to take in the view and enjoy our backyard which includes vegetable, herb and flower gardens. Our house has a finished basement that includes a bathroom. We use part of the basement as a fourth bedroom. The basement is separated into two main areas by a large built-in bookcase. The kitchen on the main floor transitions into an open living area with a high, exposed beam ceiling. There is a gas fireplace in the living area. The living area faces east and has a nice view of the mountains. We have a large master bedroom that includes a gas fireplace. The master bathroom is big and connects with the walk-in master closet. There are two other bedrooms on the main floor, separated by a full bathroom. The stairs to the basement are near these bedrooms. Finally, there is a separate dining room that faces south. This is next to the home office room which faces west.
