Welcome to Whippoorwill Manor Farm, located on a 110-acre park-like setting, the original log cabin section is the second oldest registered structure in Madison County. The traditional style farmhouse with its rustic elegance was completely renovated in 2005 that has maintained its unique historical charm to include its wide hickory planked floors, log cabin room, with stone fireplaces, and hand-crafted woodwork throughout the home. One of Washington’s top interior decorators designed the home specifically with the idea family/group use. Whippoorwill Manor farm boasts six well-appointed bedrooms magnificent views, which can sleep a total of 18 with five couples, three modern bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with plenty of seating for all wireless internet access and satellite TV. Additionally, great outdoor dining came be enjoyed as well, followed by storytelling around the fire-pit. This respite getaway minutes from beautiful Shenandoah National Park and its two most impressive hikes: Old Rag Mountain (where you’ll be rewarded with a bird’s eye view of the entire Valley) and White Oak Canyon with its splendid waterfalls. Additionally, the countryside is full of history, culture and outdoor activities provides endless options including nearby vineyards or exploring the quaint towns of Madison, Sperryville and Culpeper with their eclectic shopping and varied dining options.
