About the Space
Newly renovated historic Mill House. The mill in Greenwood was purchased in 1921, and the houses in this subdivision were built to house the mill's employees, in about 1925. Home has an all-brick exterior (red brick) with white trim and black shutters. There is a carport on a cement pad that's seen better days. Interior of the home was renovated in 2019. The home is used as a Corporate Housing rental now, so it is fully furnished. All linens, furniture was purchased in 2020 when we launched the rental. The dining room is very sparse, and could easily be staged to look like a bedroom if needed. It does have a bedroom sized closet, so we believe it was originally a bedroom as well. Concierge services are available for this location. Loud noises permitted with advance notice.
