-Discount available if only filming outsite / exterior. -The fencing to our back yard can be removed to allow for big trucks to be unloaded in the back yard. -A decent amount of parking available around the house -Insurance will be required. Owners prioritize protection of the home. -Please reach out with any questions :) The spacious 2-story Victorian house is an homage to a beautiful past, full of original Victorian design and furniture. As one of the first houses in Monrovia, Idlewild (as the home is named), has been an icon of neighborhood since 1887. Idlewild has a storied past, most famously hosting Teddy Roosevelt. The home offers a full kitchen, multiple areas indoor and out to relax, and natural fruits from the yard. Its also been in many shoots over the years, including East of Eden and Freddy Krueger.
