15,000 sq.-foot open space with lots of versatility. We have 2 wooden dance floor, stage, chandelier, sound and lighting systems, 2 bars - 1 private with booths. There is a boothed restaurant area. We have wood paneling and brass accents throughout. Old elegant Hollywood. We also have a 40,000 square foot parking lot available for shoots too. Film/music video shoots have used our space and other product launch event, fashion shows....etc. We are available: 24/7 Ample street parking on site. About a 200 car max. Main street-level access Stage; wooden dance floor; chairs, tables and booths; chandelier; reception area; bars; private party; kitchen area with stove and refrigerator; separate bathrooms for men and women (equipped with toilet paper and hand soap). Optional amenities: Audio/Visual equipment; wired/wireless microphones; subwoofers and 2 full-range speakers; monitor speakers; full HD projector, motorized 18-foot screen, 2 haze machines; moving heads, pre-programmed motion and light sequence.
