Capacity: ~ 350 Sound + Lighting: included (backline available upon request) Bar: staffed, with a $2,000 - $5,000 (50% deposit, refundable if met) Rates (Non Holidays & 21+ bookings): – Weekday (Mon - Thu): $1000/hr – Weekend (Fri/Sat): $1000/hr – Matinee (before 7PM): $500/hr – After 2AM: $750/hr Add-ons: 18+ / All Ages / Filming available upon request.
