This Edgartown property has just finished a complete interior renovation. 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, large back yard, and your own private deep water dock to bring your boat along for your vacation. Pool to be installed for 2023. Enjoy the large backyard, out door porch and patio with grill, and the very short walk into Edgartown Village, this property makes for an incredible way to experience Martha's Vineyard. *Rates are subject to change. A 50% deposit is required to book and hold your dates. In the event that you need to cancel, you will still be responsible for all rents due. If we can re-rent the home at the same or higher rate, all rents will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. If re-rented at a lesser rate, the difference shall be retained from your payment and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
