Our unit is a Duplex Type Soho located at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. The bedroom setting is as follows:- 1. Upstair : One (1) King Bed with One (1) Bathroom; 2. Living Space: Two (2) Single Floor Mattresses with One (1) Bathroom. It features several facilities such as swimming pool & gymnasium. Basic amenities such as: iron, hair dryer, microwave, kettle, bread toaster, basic kitchen utensils, water heater, towels & toiletries are provided.

Location Rules
- Check-in & Check-out Arrangement a. Check-in is after 3 pm; and Check-out is before 11 am
- Illegal Activities a. Any activity which the Law of Malaysia deems illegal shall not be conducted at the Property. Any illegal activities will be reported to the relevant enforcement authority immediately.
- Limited Liabilities a. The Property Management shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or negligence occured during the Guests’ stay.
- Losses & Damanges a. Any loss or damage to the Property during the Guests' stay must be remedied by the Guest or deducted from the Guests' security deposit. For every lost towel, RM 20 will be imposed or deducted from the Guest’s security deposit. b. For every access card lost during the Guest’s stay, RM 200 will be imposed or deducted from the Guest’s security deposit.
- Noise & the Neighbourhood a. Guests are obligated to keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties especially during night time hours (e.g. 11 pm – 8 am), and upon arrival and departure.
- Parking a. Guest who are driving must comply with the parking regulations set by the Property Management, i.e. one card, one entry. Duplicate entry will results in a fine of RM 200 by the Management.
- Restrictions a. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Property. b. No pet is allowed in the Property.
- Security Deposit a. A refundable security deposit of RM 200 will be collected before check-in and will be refunded to the Guest upon check-out on the condition that no loss, damage or negligence was done to the Property.
