A private recording and creative loft in Echo Park, with panoramic DTLA skyline views, a private balcony, and 12-foot ceilings. The space is relaxed but fully set up for music recording, podcast recording, vocal sessions, content creation, DJ setups, listening sessions, and small private events. The layout is flexible with custom sound panels and furniture that can be moved around with advance notice to fit your needs. Recording equipment and engineering are available as add-ons. Kitchen access includes fridge and water; full kitchen use requires prior arrangement. Load-in is easy with elevator access. Every booking starts with a quick conversation to make sure the space and setup are right for what you need.
