Our newly renovated 650 sq ft rental space is ready to host your next event, film shoot, or creative production. Designed for flexibility and functionality, the venue accommodates up to 50 guests and works equally well for private celebrations, content creation, and small-scale productions. The space is ideal for birthday parties, bachelor parties, baby showers, engagement parties, fundraisers, fantasy drafts, karaoke nights, poker nights, comedy shows, and film screenings. It’s also well-suited for music showcases, rehearsals, choreography practice, podcasts, pop-up shops, and a wide range of film and media uses, including interviews, short films, web series, commercials, photo shoots, content creation, table reads, and production meetings. We offer special daytime rates for recurring weekday and weekend bookings such as yoga, dance classes, tutoring, workshops, rehearsals, and production-related bookings. Alcohol and cannabis consumption are permitted for adults of legal age.
